I can hear the machine making the agitating noise but when you lift the lid nothing is spinning. After a while it bleeps. It seems to differ where it gets stuck - sometimes on the wash cycle, sometimes on the spin. And then sometimes the washing works fine (usually when my hubby looks at it) so frustrating - any ideas?
Hi there - you have a row of lights in the wash progress - its the 3rd, 4th and 5th lights that light up. Thanks BecW

When it beeps you will get a change in the top row of lights. Those lights will tell the fault code. Next time it happens copy down which lights are on & which are off. Post them back here.
