my samsung will start the cycle but stops after sounding like its taking the detergent in.The pause sign is flashing the whole time and i have pretty much tried everything to no avail.Please can someone help.

my samsung smart b12455 will not start a cycle control pannel lights up but when you press the start button nothing happens, childlock is not on and there is no erro code just the start button wont work ?

Had the same problem not long after I bought one. Engineer replaced the whole front board. No explanation. Sorry, thats all I can tell you.
