The drum of my Bosch ClassiXX 1200 washing machine smells of stale water. I have cleaned the filter, every accessible part of the drum, the soap etc. dispenser and checked the drain. My otherwise perfect washing machine makes all my washing smell horribly stale. What can I do to cure it? (Not an old machine.)

need to do a service wash MONTHLY , no washing in machine select a 95 deg program power must contain bleach ,white vinegar may help
start leaving the door slightly ajar and the powder tray slightly open this will improve airflow through the machine .
Just a thought!
check stale water ain't coming back from the sink trap connection, ignore this if you have a separate standpipe connection
