My phone will not allow callers to leave a message. it just says 'you cannot leave a message' I have cleared all messages - I do this regularly although there is one message I've never been able to delete. Please hlep as the message is rather curt and I want people to be able to leave messages. I have tried switching the answerphone on and off etc
