unlocking installation mode philips 20 inch tv model20pt1482/79R?

I cant open the installation mode of my philips 20 inch colour tv model no: 20PT1482/79R it is locked.its not asking for any password but is showing locked message.how can i unlock this tv and get access to the installation mode?
