My boiler kept tripping the main circuit board but no will not work at all?

The new 4 month old glow worm boiler kept tripping the elctricity circuit board. We pushed all the buttons back up a couple of times and it was okay for about 3 to 4 hours at a time before the same thing happened again. Now the boiler doesn't work at all. If you turn it on' it immediately trips the circuit board now.

We cannot understand this as the boiler was serviced just 4 weeks ago and is only 4 months old in total.

What can we do or what can it be

4 months old go back to the installer to refer to makers
and demand an extended warranty as you have no confidence with the boiler

had ir serviced as there was later a problem with the hot water valve and we used british gas to fix it so they had to do a service as part of taking us on their homecare scheme.

Why have it serviced when it is only 3 mths old.You are asking for trouble stripping some of these modern boilers. The normal type of balanced flued boiler only needs servicing every 3 or so YEARS and thats only to check things are ok.Newer boilers are far safer with all the safety devices so in some ways they barely need touching.Sounds like the fuse on the PCB could have blown.Wont the guy who serviced it come back as a freebie seeing it was only done a few weeks ago.
