radiator in bathroom only heats up half way. i have tried bleeding it on several occasions. bu no better ,no air or water escapes why.

The hole will be blocked.Get a pin take the bleed screw fully out and push the pin in the hole.Get ready to put the bleed screw back quickly as air will start to come out,but if you say its only hot halfway you should have enough time to get the bleedscrew back in before you flood the place.
