I have read the instructions and tried every key stroke to program the tax rate. Can you give me some simple step by step instructions to program my tax rate at 9%?

I haven't set tax on these, but it looks like it is set as follows:

X/TM
09.0000
ST
ST

If you still have trouble, you may have to set tax to your departments, or set the type of tax (manual or auto and USA or VAT). Replies don't work properly, just ask a new question.
