How can a fix my Tevion DRW 1605 HDD?

When I turn my DVD Player/HDD recorder on I get a Picture for about 30 sec then it goes black and white and splits into 2 screens and rolls I then loss the pciture but i have prefect sound. this happens even on play back or just on normal tv

i had something similar and pressed the PS/IS button just below the open/close button on the remote and came back to the proper screen
