a gallon of water will come out when you remove plug - be prepared with towels, sponges, buckets etc.

F04 error code is blockage in drainage system.Theres a door on the front, at the bottom of your machine,inside there is a large circular cap, unscrew and remove.Once you've done this you will probably find the blockage,coins ect.This should solve the problem.
