i have a whirlpool 4404/5 dishwasher it drains fine .
the green light flashes continuosly i have tried holding the button for two seconds and changing programmes but its still the same. sometimes it will load water other times it sounds as though it is still draining can it be fixed or is it a new machine it is 3 years old.

IN where the filter is there is a black grill once cleaned your machine should work fine
