you should have a chrome tap like a washing machine,possibly 2 close to each other,they need to be open together this should re-charge your system, stop at the desired pressure.they will be close to your boiler.good look

there should be a little tap on the pipework underneath the boiler or on the boiler. turn this on when the system is cold so you dnt get a false reading
