Drain down heating circut of boiler.
Remove expansion vessel hose from hydrolic block.
Remove draining pipe from safety valve and unscrew safety valve.
Fit replcement safety valve in reverse order to removal.
Important: Seal the safety valve thread with joining compound

It's a nightmare to change that, i had to get a proper heating engineer in to do mine in the flat i used to have which had the same boiler. It's Plumb Centers own brand of Boiler which is sourced through Hepworth Heating but is now discontinued.

If you're not Corgi registered which i presume you aren't i'd suggest you get someone in. Parts should still be available through your local Parts Center branch and if not in stock they should be able to get for you. As i said, it aint an easy job.
