You could either do it via Browser using Web Mail. (The best way.)
Or you could set up your Email Client with a second Account. You don't say what Email Client you have so it isn't possible to step you through this but you will need to know your ISP's POP3 and SMTP servers and your User Name and Password.
If you need more or don't understand any of the above put your supplementary question(s) on Software, Email as this isn't really a modem question and email people won't look her.
