How do I tighten(or replace) a fanbelt? ?

I have a Zanussi Jetsystem turbodryer/washer WDJ 1285. The spin cycle goes fast and slow as though the belt is slipping.

I don't think it will be a belt fault.check the brushes on the motor and also check the tacho in the rear of the motor as they come loose causing motor control issues.It's the round circular metal bit attached to the back of the motor with 2 wires coming from it
