combi boiler?

on my vokera combi boiler i can get central heating the pilot stays lit all the time but i cannot get hot water on its own .i can only get some hot water if i have the heating on for a while.any ideas of the fault

check if pin comes out on water section to activate micro switch, if not than diaframe in watersection need expert to change
