We have a vaillant tubrbomax 824 e in our rented cottage and lately when any type of hot water is needed eg shower, washing machine or taps the boiler makes a noise almost like an aeroplane going over the house. Does anyone have any idea what this could be and how to sort it! Unfortunately, we only have half an instruction booklet! Thanks

I have sort of a similar problem but my bathroom upstairs the pipes make noise under the floor boards when the water is switched on like a knocking noise

It sounds like your modulating gas valve is playing up boiler is demanding more gas with hit water running
