Baxi Bermuda 552 Fire and CH?

My fathers baxi 552 is making a rattling noise and it seems to be coming from underneath the fire.
It only happens when the boiler thermostat is turned up past one.
Any ideas what it might be and how to cure it?

my back boiler is 15 years old and up to now been great but reciently the hot flow throught is poor can any one advise me torectify it the central heating is good ive just fitted new bathroom suite but this fault comes and goes

These boilers have flue baffle plates fitted,one across the top and one in the centre of the heat exchanger.It could be that one of them is rattling.If it is them its nothing to worry about just annoying.
