VOKERA LINEA MAX boiler won't fire up?

Our VOKERA LINEA MAX gas boiler won't fire up. It has no fault codes showing and the green led light is on. However, the temperature is reading 88 deg??????. No hot water ,no heating. Switched off and on again, no change.
Any clues??
