Hi i've done this job.
I did it in situ and knocked the bearing out with a big hammer (3lb ball pien). Everythng thing has to be removed disc, calliper centre bolt and big retaining circlip(all the bolts are very tight, and the calliper housing retaining bolts are a unusual size 18mm and use a hex socket).Once all items removed i used a big drift and hammer to start to push the bearing out it this took ages and alot of elbow grease.
the new bearing came in a kit, including a new circlip.
The only thing i would recommend is go to a commercial ironmongers (bolt supplier) and get a 24mm (in diameter) 2ft long threaded rod, get nuts and large washers to fit over the outside diameter of the bearing and use this to push the new bearing into it's seat.
Its not too big a job, would take an afternoon to do, if you have all the required items.
Remember to have the van on the flat and use good axle stands.
All the best
