there is a locking screw in the locking mechanism strip on the side of the door. remove this and then, using the key, turn it to the 2o clock or 11o clock position and this will move the locking hub and simply pull out.
n.b. there are different widths you can get in barrels.

Take screw out that holds cylinder,you will find this on your lockstrip and its level with the cylinder, turn key about 1/4 of the way,try in both directions and should come out
