Please help: I have no hot water and no heating, I had someone come out and he put in a PCB but it only works for few minutes and then i have no heating, and the numbers 40, 50, 60 and 70 flashes on the boiler

you sure its not 40 60 70 flashing if it is it is air presure switch or fan fault.
