Gotta fix my husqvarna 365??

My husqvarna 365 chainsaw has a problem. It starts up great, good compression, but after 10 minutes of hard cutting, it starts making a loud popping noise. After that, it still idles but the moment you give it throttle, a blue spark comes right out of the muffler and it dies. Saw starts again 30 mins later and repeats the process. What is wrong with my saw?? Is this a very expensive fix?? Thanks

Just a note: I run a 24inch bar on it and I use mixed gas. I clean the filter and maintain the saw properly. I bought this on ebay and it was sold to me like this.

......or you could simply take off the exhaust and run it without it fitted for the same period of time. If it doesn't do the same thing then the exhaust and/or the spark arrestor is clogged.

Gotta say this sounds a bit weird, try adjusting the mixture at high revs(H), turn the H adjustment all the way in then turn it counter clockwise one turn, start it up and run until warm then rev it up on max revs and undo the adjustment until the motor just starts to burble rather than rev freely. This should stop any chance of weak mixture - other thing to do is to check the timing by ensuring that the specified distance between the ignition coil and the magneto immpellor is correct - 0.3mm on my 254! Hopefully if fuel and timing are ok, this fault will go!
