Can anyone help me received this player from my son as a present the problem is it works for about 4 records and then comes up with the message 'error 41' and just freezes, tried to forward to other records but still gives off the same message if you can help thanks

when you got this player, you should get even a cd along with it. In that there is folder called mvptool inside this folder there is Factory application. First run the Factory application and then connect the watch and press firm updation the circle will turn green then you can use the watch as it is you were using.
