Freezer is managing to keep cold at -20 but fridge is +24!!! have taken front grill off and hoovered and cleaned as much as possible which stopped the freezer from defrosting more but cannot get the fridge compartment back to normal, the control for temp will not let me re set to normal temp, have switched it off by mains and tried to reset that way. any more advice would be great. thanks

I have got the same problem at the moment with the same make and model. Had service engineer in but just cleaned behind the grill and the temp is still rising. He said it would take a little while for the temp to re-adjust itself. That was 8 hours ago. Did the switching off help any?
