We have a belling Dishwasher idw604 E3 warning - have checked water pressure thats ok - any ideas ???

Error code E3 is "Longer heating time but did not reach required temperature" possible causes - malfunction of temperature sensor or heating element.
You could always try the famous power off power on and try again routine. If that doesn't sort it it's a professional job i'm afraid
