Hi, I have an Acoustic Solutions DVD-222 portable dvd player. The problem is that it is not playing any disc inserted be it either cd or dvd. A message appears saying "No Disc" after loading. There doesn't seem to be any noise coming from the player when closing the lid. The lid opening button does not always work, I don't if this has anything to do with it? Please help!

hi i bought 2 acoustic 19in tv at christmas and both dvd's have stopped working i had a look at one of them and all i did was opened the draw as if i were inserting a dvd and noticed that the sensor was to left of the player i pulled to the right were the dvd sits on the wheel and has worked fine every since, if you are to try this please pull gently :))) hope it works for you's too.
