I've formated my flash drive, and now my computer cant open my flash. Is this because I never labelled

How did you format your device.
Normally you can use the windows format utility, select FAT32 and it generally works. There is also the often recommended HP format utility that you can get at www. usnstickfinder.com FAQ section. Really need more info before anyone could help you.
