When starting up computer, I get message tab off filler. Default skin bitmaps not found. Cannot start application. What does this mean and how do I fix it

I think this is a WinAmp error - see here...

You can do as they suggest in the answer or just take WinAmp out of the start up list (if it's in there)

Start / RUN / msconfig / OK / Startup / untick winamp
