Washer Dryer hw5513m?

Hi,

Got the above machine and it goes through all it's cyles but doesn't drain or spin to its full capicity! Clothes still very wet. Suspect water pump?
Any help would be great.

Fixed now. Took all hoses out and found an old manky sock inside main hose !
