how to light potterton 28i preforma?

how do i light potterton 28i preforma combi , held reset button but nothing . lights are on but no heating or hot water. this all started when i turned power off to boiler for few hours because of a water drip

check pressure on boiler. should be 1bar or just over. if its not you need to locate the filling loop under the boiler
