After weeks of having to unplug the Xerox XRX-24s to make it stop shredding (would not stop on auto), I tried to clean out paper shreds that were still caught by the blades. I took the back cover off to get a better angle on some of the paper shreds, and when I put the cover back on and plugged it in, nothing happened at all! I opened it again, and saw a wire that had come unplugged, so I plugged it back in, and put the cover on again, and this time the little green power light wouldn't come on either.

What could possibly be the problem, and how can I fix it??
