How do I get my shredder to cut confetti?
My Tech Solutions TS8000 runs fine and shreds well but it has started cutting documents into strips as well as confetti (~1/8" x 1"). Have tried reversing mode but still get a certain percentage of strips. What do I need to do/replace to get back to full confetti mode? Thanks in advance.
