mira shower hot/cold problems?

We have an old Mira 915b shower which works fine for @ 3 mins but then the hot water takes over and you cannot regulate the temperature? what spare part do i need 41206 or 41201.
can anyone help please

Visited my local center and there is a "temrature flow" service repair pack which according to them should cure the problem (washers and a new thermostat)
