I am having the same problem as Bev Rolfe, I am housesitting & using my friends Hoover Vision HD 9kg machine. If I use the DELICATE or RAPID cycle, & want a faster spin, when the cycle is complete, say 1400rmp, the drum spins slower & the load is still sodden wet.
