POWERMAX 155 X?

MY POWERMAX HAS BEEN CLASSIFIED 'AT RISK' BY BRITISH GAS. THE ENGINEER WROTE; ' FLUE ROOT NOT SEEN, NEEDS INSPECTION PANEL ' SURELY IF AN INSPECTION WERE REQUIRED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE. BOILER IS LESS THAN FIVE YEARS OLD.

A Powermax was involved in a carbon monoxide incident last year. As a result all flue routes must now be visually inspected as it was found that a faulty flue caused the incident. The BG engineer has followed the indutry unsafe situations procedure as he can't inspect the flue through its entire length so must be classified as a risk to you because he can't say it's 100% safe.
