Techwood TWP4210 42" plasma, sound but no picture?

The green light comes on the plasma to look like it is working and on the tuner box, but the actual screen is dead. Not even a flicker of a picture. The sound is fine though and you can here when you change the source.
Can anyone help?

I've got a similar problem. No picture but also no sound. the red light comes on for 3 seconds then it comes off.
