why when the shower is running does the water go from hot to cold?

i have a mira sport 9.0kw shower and recently the water is going form hot to cold and vice versa

theres no washing machine on or anything the water pressure is constant plz help

i have cleaned the shower head . still the same so im going with the thermostat ...amy idea where it is im more pcs than showers lol
