How can I fix my Polaroid dvd pdv-0701a?

The motor is making a terible racket like vibration. It is causing the movies to freeze up sometimes all together, I have only had this product for a year. Where can I get replacement parts and a repair manual? I have had no results from on-line searches.

The only place I was able to find informatio about mine was directly on the website, polaroid.com. You can download a manula and order parts there.... other thanthat, your stuck.
