The TV is dead but the standby light stay on. Replace C330. It is under the heat sink.Hard to locate.

didnt read the question correctly, you should turn off the main and unplug and connections and wait for 10mins, if still not responding then maybe the bulb is not working from within or there is a electrical fault.

select menu, then go to either options or settings, you should see a option saying lights, or something similar. you should be able to change the standby and power indicators.
