Samsung LE40R74BDXEU -DEAD WEIRD PIXEL BANDS BLOCKY?

Samsung LE40R74BDXEU -DEAD WEIRD PIXEL BANDS BLOCKY

Hi All,

I have an "Samsung LE40R74BDXEU" LCD HDTV; My stand recently broke and I purchased a new swivel stand and fiitted it. A few days later I had noticed that all of a sudden I would get this fault of lots of pixels in bands across the screen. The fault does not appear when watching the inbuilt freeview. The fault only seems to appear when you select normal TV, SCART AV, S-VIDEO, Red, White, Yellow, HDMI - PS3 or XBOX360 or when you try and access any of the menus; ie: tuyrn volume up and down, EPG, etc...

I have uploaded some photos shown below; taken on my camera phone.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I have no answer for you but my TV is the same model and has an identical problem to the one in your pictures. Have you found a solution for it yet. MIne only seemed to happen after we set up a Wii with it although the Wii is displayed perfectly and still occurs when the Wii is disconnected.
