my fiat punto heater only blows cold air and temperature rises quickly i've changed the thermorstat but still the same the fans not kicking in either

first sign of headgasket problems on puntos, i ed be pulling the spark plugs out and checking number one against the other three, its normally cylinder one that goes, it the plug looks cleaner than the other three then and so does the piston top if u look in, then its using water in that cylinder, also check does it start with a misfire if stood a little while,
