UPVC Door?

I have UPVC doors, the sliding arm at the top has broken off, damanging the plastic sliding casing (but not the door) is this something easily 'mended' (the wind keeps flipping the door open with force otherwise) and if so, what should I be looking for in terms of the replacment parts.
I have to do everything round here:, February 2009
the sliding arm is a door restrictor. it is screwed to the top of the door with 4 screws; simply unscrew and take it off. replace with a new one (window manufactures will have one or maybe some locksmiths). on top of the restrictor is a tension screw, tightening this will prevent the door from opening so freely.
