I am having exactly the same issue with my machine - just bought it second hand, and thought I had a great piece of kit. However, it will not automatically set the time, and when I do it manually, it remains static at the time I have set it at. Not much good as I wanted to set it to record some programmes.
Just wondered if any one can help? Or if you have managed to resolve the problem yourself?
