Hi i have a jcb pcs38 chiansaw which was seized from been not used for a long time after the chine snapped it now runs but will not rev up and when hot the flywheel and clutch start to wobble like the crank is bending or is the crank cracked not to sure ???

I wouldn't even bother investigating any further. These machines are cheap, not made to be repaired (even if you could source parts) and once they start playing up they are deemed to be at the end of their life.

Bin it, spend a bit more and buy a proprietory chainsaw brand that is not a toy.
