How do I increase the water flow from my refridgerator dispenser?

My Kenmore automatic ice/water dispenser worked fine when I bought it, but now the water comes out in a small trickle. I have changed the filter, but that has no effect. It seems like perhaps some tubing is clogged with hard water build up.

You probably need to check the dispensers supply valve and/or hose for obstruction. If you find a hard rock-like substance you probably have hard water. Go to where you purchaced it ask them about water softener and/or water filter remedies. This substance can also clog the icemaker supply valve, which will also impede water flow. Sorry, but I cant make it any easier, it's a process of elimination.
