How to fix Embroidery Machine?

I have a Brother PE-150, it won't stitch out the designs, everything moves as it should, but the thread just isn't catching. I have been told it may be the timing, how can it be fixed?

Since I do not know your machine model, just do the following: TURN THE HAND WHEEL IN THE DIRECTION
IT NORMALY TURNS.LOWER THE NEEDLE BAR ALL THE WAY DOWN,AND KEEP TURNING JUST ENOUGH TO RAISE THE NEEDEL 1/8 OF AN INCH.AT THIS TIME THE
HOOK SHOULD BE AT THE CENTER OF THE NEEDLE ON THE CENTER OF THE NEEDLE SCARF. IF IT IS NOT,LOOSEN THE THREE SCREWS ON THE HOOK.ADJUST AND THIGHTEN.THIS SHOULD PUT YOU IN THE BALL PARK AS FAR AS TIMING. HOPE THIS WORKS FOR YOU.

Hello Yvette,
If you email me below I will attach timing instructions but remind me of your model.
