How can I fix my AEG Favorit 50610 Dishwasher?

The dishwasher is fully functional BUT NO HOT WATER, only washing with cold water on all cycles.
Is it a faulty thermostat or heating element?
Can I obtain spare parts and do the replacement work myself?
