Thomson DT16300 Overheating? and Freezing?

I also have problems ... either the chanel freezes when I'm recording (then I get a missed recording message) or it just freezes. I am having to resort to rebooting just to get it working again, but I have noticed that the left hand side appears to be overheating!! It can't be because it's in an enclosed space ... it sits on the 2nd shelf of my TV stand. Can anyone explain why and how to rectify the problem

You will have to format the hard drive from the setup menu because there is a corrupt file in the programme libary You can choose to delete one at a time but easier to delete all thus formatting the drive, reason being the corrupt file is telling the drive that it is 99% full, worked for me.

Hope this helps anyone having the same problems.
