My Goodman's digital recording box?

It will only scan up to channel 39 and then gets stuck. It is not pulling any of the Freeview channels in which usually start around channel 50.

This box broke down in under a year and I have lost the receipt although have proof of purchase on an old bank statement.

Sainsbury's have refused to answer my letter.
